Senior Supplier Relationship and Network Manager – Healthcare Location: London, Eastleigh or Sheffield based Salary: circa £50,000 (national), circa £55,000 (London) - depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications Are you someone who excels in relationship management, contract negotiation, and team leadership within the healthcare sector? Do you love driving strategic initiatives, managing provider performance, and optimising healthcare delivery? If so, this role could be a great fit for you! A bit about the job: This role involves working closely with the Hospital Leads to negotiate and contract with key hospital providers, ensuring delivery, quality, and value for our customers and business. You will work with the Supplier Management team to source and contract new networks and providers, implement the Group Supplier Management Framework, and manage a portfolio of hospitals and clinics. Your responsibilities include leading a small team, driving strategic initiatives, and improving processes and commercial agreements. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong negotiating skills and ability to hold clear but constructive discussions with Key Hospital Providers that deliver the best outcomes for the business and its customers. Knowledge of sourcing and supplier relationship management processes and frameworks including the commercial performance management of contracts Experience of contract negotiation Evidence of developing strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external Hospital Providers Strong experience of the private medical insurance market and a strong understanding of the UK Health system.
