A bit about the job: As a Junior Marketing Manager in our Direct Wealth Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you'll play a key role in bringing our wealth propositionsâlike investment ISAs and pensionsâto life for our customers. Youâll work alongside our Centres of Excellence and wider marketing teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance. From planning to execution and reporting, youâll take ownership of campaign delivery and help shape our data-led approach to marketing. Skills and experience weâre looking for: A passion for marketing excellence with a strong eye for detail and delivery. Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills. Proven commercial acumen with experience applying key marketing metrics to optimise performance. Experience managing integrated direct campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced FTSE or global organisation, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
