An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Information and Library Services Directorate, within the University of Greenwich.

The Senior Research and Knowledge Exchange Systems Analyst is an exciting role within a newly formed team with responsibility for the delivery, management and stable operation of high-quality research and knowledge exchange systems and solutions; namely Worktribe.

As Senior Research and Knowledge Exchange Systems Analyst, you will be contributing to the maintenance, support and enhancement of related systems and as such, should display an aptitude for technical problem solving, root cause analysis, designing and delivering user training materials and excellent customer service skills.

You will have proven experience of large-scale project management, and proactive liaison with all stakeholders. Hence, we are looking for a strong communicator, who is well organised and able to prioritise work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced IT environment.

Our Information and Library Services Directorate delivers award winning IT services and support, library, academic and digital skills and learning enhancement to staff and students across the university. Our digital mission is to ensure everyone in our community is equipped to effectively use digital services, data and technology with confidence, efficiency and creativity in their learning, teaching, research and organisational support.
