This position is based in the UK with a hybrid working model, requiring approximately 20% travel. Key Responsibilities and Impact:

As a (Senior) Specialist in Health Economics & Market Access, your work will directly influence market access, evidence generation, and the adoption of both new and established cardiology products. You will be instrumental in:

  • Developing and executing robust reimbursement strategies tailored for the UK market.
  • Contributing to the design and adaptation of crucial health economic models, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses.
  • Leading and participating in the creation of UK-specific evidence generation and market access dossiers.
  • Collaborating with regional and global counterparts to integrate UK requirements into clinical trial designs, economic modelling, and value messaging.
  • Proactively monitoring and interpreting evolving UK policy landscapes that could affect product reimbursement and access.
  • Educating and supporting internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and clinical teams, on health economics and market access principles and their practical implications.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking individuals who possess a passion for connecting clinical evidence, economic data, and healthcare systems. Ideally, candidates will have:

  • Significant experience in health economics, market access, or reimbursement, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • A deep understanding of UK health policy and reimbursement mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in economic modelling (cost-effectiveness, budget impact) and literature review techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • A relevant degree in health economics, health policy, life sciences, public health, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is a distinct advantage).
  • Fluency in English.
