Job Description JOB TITLE: Senior UX Designer (12-Month FTC) SALARY: £90,440 - £106,400 LOCATION: London or Bristol HOURS: Full-Time DURATION: 12-Months Fixed-Term Contract WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office. About this opportunity We’re looking for someone to lead and work as part of a design team supporting a core product area within Experience Design. You'll provide guidance to stakeholders, development teams and other Interaction Designers, working alongside and leading a design team. You'll take full ownership of their output, providing rationale for design decisions and confidently present their work back to stakeholders. As a Senior UX Designer, it’ll be your role to: Shape and implement experience strategy for the product area Having a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points and expectations Understand goals and challenges in the context of business and engineering priorities Work with service designers to influence and develop the roadmap and overall product strategy Engage with leadership to understand objectives and opportunities aligned to good customer outcomes Provide leadership to a team of multi-disciplinary designers to support decision-making, delivery and team culture Establish a growth culture and build capabilities through the formal development and mentoring of team members What you'll need Extensive and demonstrable experience within User Experience design/Interaction Design Experience leading teams Strong stakeholder negation skills A strong strategic vision that aligns well to the overall business strategy About Working For Us Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
