As a Senior Investigator youâll work in a highly collaborative way and take pride in the detection and prevention of economic crime. Working in a highly collaborative fashion youâll seek to exploit opportunities to mitigate economic crime risks through proactive and strategic avenues where possible. What you'll be doing: Lead a team of experienced investigators, overseeing complex economic crime investigations arising from a wide range of triggers within the first line of defence. Drive the professional development, coaching, and capability uplift of investigators, ensuring consistently high-quality investigative outcomes. Deputise for the Senior Manager as required, providing leadership, oversight, and informed decisionâmaking across the function. Build, manage, and influence key partner relationships across all lines of defence to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution. What you'll need: Excellent knowledge of economic crime and in particular the methods used for money laundering Proven investigative experience Analytical skills which allow you to interrogate large or complex data sets and identify suspicious trends and patterns Produce professional reports and expertly communicate output to leaders including the Head of ECP Risk Decisioning & Investigations.
