Salary £28,900.52 per annum We are seeking a Service Performance Administrator to join our team based at our Lea Interchange garage which is based in the north Stratford/Leyton area. The role is responsible for providing day to day admin and clerical support to all members of the Service Performance team and will initially be offered on a 12-month fixed term contract. We are looking for someone to support the Performance Manager on: the cost-effective allocation of the Service Performance team in line with the required Rota and ad-hoc requirements as advised by the Performance Manager. compiling work rest day records, allocation sickness, duty exchanges and holiday rotas for Controllers & Road Supervisors. collating delay reports on a daily basis, running Excel reports and sending out to the wider business. compiling accurate statistical reports and audits as requested by the Performance Manager. covering for the Administrative Lead by providing support at disciplinary enquiries and long term sickness interviews; overseeing the distribution, maintenance and replacement of equipment required by the Service Controllers. logging and investigating service complaints and sending appropriate replies to the Customer Service Lead within set timescales. drafting letters and memos on behalf of the Performance Manager. deputising for the Service Performance Admin Lead when required to do so. You should possess sound interpersonal skills including communication, self-motivation, accuracy and quality. The ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure is also essential.
