This role provides an exciting and challenging opportunity to help shape our approach to tackling harassment and sexual misconduct at the University of Brighton.  Your expertise and passion for prevention alongside your skills and ability to support survivors will be key to your success in this position within the Student Wellbeing Service.

As the University Sexual Violence and Domestic Abuse Lead, you will work closely with our Disclosure Response Service and specialise in supporting survivors of sexual violence and domestic abuse.  The role is also fundamental in furthering the University’s #NeverOK Pledge.  You will possess the relevant skills, qualifications, and experience to support students, and continue enhancing our approach to tackling all forms of violence and harassment.  Working with key colleagues and teams internally and continuing to develop key partnerships externally, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a major role in creating a safe community and delivering an excellent student experience.

This role is full-time (37.0 hours per week), however we would consider applications from candidates seeking to job share. It is also eligible for some home working under our agile working framework, and would require a minimum of 40% on campus but note that arrangements would need to be flexible and may change in line with student need.
