We are recruiting for a Project Technician to join our team installing SmartStock solutions nationwide, offering:

As a Project Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in the deployment, maintenance, and support of our cutting-edge SmartStock systems.

You'll travel across the country, working closely with our customers to ensure seamless installations, provide technical assistance, and optimise system performance.

You will need to have great customer service skills and be able to communicate with our customers through multiple channels, ensuring their satisfaction and driving customer loyalty.

As a Project Technician, full training will be provided, and we will be looking for you to have a great eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to support with the continuous improvement of the SmartStock systems.

Project Technician – Experience & Attributes:

• Electrical or relevant Product Knowledge is advantageous • Full driving licence is essential • Intermediate IT skills with a working knowledge of Excel • Good organisation, planning and time management skills • A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure • Great customer service and communication skills
