Key Considerations for Candidates:

• Extensive Experience Required: This role demands significant experience in solution architecture for large-scale, multi-party programs. A strong track record in designing contact centres, data warehouses, and complex integration points is essential.
• ERP & Integration Expertise: Familiarity with ERP solutions and global technical delivery partners is crucial. Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly desirable.
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: The ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, coupled with strong negotiation and consensus-building skills, is vital for success.
• Security & Data Privacy Focus: A key aspect of the role involves leading the creation of security and data privacy documentation (ISMS, DPIAs) and ensuring compliance with infosec requirements.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across UK Capita locations is a requirement for this position.
• Phased Transfers & Shared Services: Experience in phased service transfer and shared service environments is a valuable asset.
• Emerging Technologies: While not essential, familiarity with emerging technologies like AI for service enhancement will be beneficial.
