What we achieve together

In your role as Spares Advisor, you provide essential support to Field Engineers, Sub Contractors and Contact Centre Agents when replacement parts are needed for boiler or central heating repairs. You ensure accurate and efficient ordering of replacement parts in line with Vaillant Service processes You will schedule engineer return visits in accordance with service level agreements and maintain clear communication with customers. You manage email requests professionally and keep customers informed about ongoing actions. You place orders via Salesforce and SAP, ensuring all records are updated and compliant with company standards. You promote a positive image of Vaillant Service through professional communication and effective diary management.

What makes us successful together

Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in ordering replacement parts for boiler or central heating. Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce systems is preferred. Confidence to challenge the status quo and improve processes. Highly approachable, motivated to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple digital platforms and ensure accurate data entry across systems.
