What You'll Contribute to the Team:

This role offers a hands-on experience in the critical logistics that keep aircraft operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently managing aircraft parts and materials: Log and process both inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Ensuring quality and traceability: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, meticulously documenting each item to guarantee correct labelling and full traceability.
• Maintaining accurate inventory: Utilize Bombardier’s advanced inventory management systems to keep records up-to-date.
• Coordinating critical movements: Facilitate the smooth dispatch and receipt of parts between the Luton and the main Biggin Hill Service Centre.
• Promoting a safe and organized workspace: Store items safely and efficiently, adhering to strict warehouse and aviation safety protocols.
• Supporting operational integrity: Assist with inventory audits and stock checks to ensure data accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Facilitating maintenance operations: Prepare parts for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs, contributing to minimal aircraft downtime.
• Collaborating cross-functionally: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure the timely availability of essential components.
• Contributing to process improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at streamlining logistics and reducing turnaround times, directly impacting operational efficiency.
