Key Contributions You'll Make:

As a Stores and Logistics Assistant, your responsibilities will be vital to the efficiency and compliance of our operations. You will:

• Manage Inbound & Outbound Flow: Accurately log and process all incoming and outgoing aircraft parts and materials at our off-site location.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, adhering strictly to Bombardier's high standards and aviation regulations.
• Maintain Traceability: Ensure precise labeling and traceability of all parts and supplies, a critical aspect of aviation safety and inventory control.
• Optimize Inventory: Keep Bombardier's inventory management systems meticulously updated, ensuring real-time accuracy.
• Coordinate Logistics: Facilitate the efficient dispatch of parts to and from the main Service Centre at Biggin Hill.
• Uphold Safety Standards: Organize and store items safely and efficiently, strictly following warehouse and aviation safety protocols.
• Support Audits: Actively participate in inventory audits and stock checks to guarantee data integrity.
• Facilitate Maintenance: Assist in preparing parts necessary for both scheduled maintenance and urgent, unscheduled repairs.
• Collaborate Effectively: Liaise closely with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure the timely availability of all required components.
• Streamline Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics and reducing turnaround times.
• Perform Administrative Duties: Undertake essential data entry and documentation tasks.
