This is an exciting opportunity for a Student Records Administrator to join Academic Registry team, the role will allow you to gain an insight into student administration and allow you to develop valuable and transferrable skills, including customer service, problem solving, data management, and system-based solutions.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate student records in accordance with agreed process and proceduresResponsibility for processing change of study intentions, such as withdrawals, interruptions, transfers and repeat yearsProblem solving and providing expert advice to staff and students on the administration of student records in accordance with university policies, regulations and associated processes and procedures.This post will allow you to develop an excellent understanding of working in a professional service in Higher Education. You will also work closely with various teams across the university allowing you to gather a deeper understanding of all the interlinking processes that facilitate the students journey from enrolment to award conferral.
