Youll need to ensure performance is maintained within the team and communicate well to improve and drive efficiency. There are daisy financial activities involved in office performance, budgets and manpower planning requirements.</span></span><span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span><span></span></p><p><span><strong><span> Key Role Responsibilities:</span></strong></span><span><span> </span></span><span></span></p><p><span><span><br></span></span></p><p><span><span></span></span></p><p><span>·<span>       </span></span><span>Ensure manpower planning is managed in line with forecast and daily arrivals </span></p><p><span>·<span>     </span></span><span>Ensure appropriate equipment is maintained and any issues are reported using the correct processed in line with company policy </span></p><p><span>·<span>       </span></span><span>Collect all evidence of non-compliance in line with ETOE  guidelines and report it to the ETOE Manager as well as follow the quarantine process </span></p><p><span>·<span>       </span></span><span>Ensure correct Operating Methods and Practices are in place and are supervised.</span></p><p><span>·<span>       </span></span><span>Comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook/displayed at the location and in accordance of Company SOMs </span></p><p><span>·<span>       </span></span><span>Support ETOE Manager, covering all aspects of mail production </span></p><p><span>·<span>       </span></span><span><span>Cover and manage remedial charges process daily to ensure charges are raised and documentation is forwarded to the correct departments for invoicing</span></span><span><span> </span></span><span></span></p><p><span>·<span>       </span></span><span>C<span>arry out duties as requested by SC Manager in line with Business needs</span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>       </span></span></span><span>Identify <span>training needs for development plan as and when required</span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>       </span></span></span><span><span>Ensure Quality of Service of all Customers are controlled, reported and sustained</span></span><span><span> </span></span><span><span></span></span></p><p><span><span>·<span>       </span></span></span><span><span>You must lead and share best practices adopted by the Sort Centre involving the training of other employees, leading and motivating teams, ensuring all efficiencies are optimised in line with workloads and set KPIs</span></span><span><span> </span></span><span><span></span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><strong><span>The ideal candidate will have:</span></strong></span><span><strong><span> </span></strong></span><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span><br></span></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>·<span>       </span></span><span><span>A minimum of 1 year working in a comparable or acting supervisor role</span></span><span><span> </span></span><span></span></p><p><span>·<span>       </span></span><span><span>Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide, receive and implement operational information and instructions</span></span><span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span><span><span> </span></span><span></span></p><p><span><strong><span>What about career development?</span></strong></span><span><strong><span> </span></strong></span><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span><br></span></span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span><span>We take every employees career seriously and believe in realising their full potential.
