What You'll Be Doing:

Data Management: Play a vital role in gathering data from across the business to ensure we meet all Defra/EA compliance deadlines. Social Compliance: Take charge of maintaining our social compliance factory audit register, ensuring our practices meet the highest standards. Staying Ahead: Stay on top of changing legislation and use your knowledge to propose improvements and provide training to the team as needed. Collaboration: Partner with the Sustainability Manager and internal stakeholders, offering expert guidance on governance and sustainability topics. Driving Strategy: Help implement our sustainability strategy and support various projects aimed at furthering our environmental goals.

What We're Looking For:

Administrative Experience: You should have strong organizational skills, with some knowledge of sustainability practices being a bonus. Dynamic Data Handling: Experience in collecting and managing data within a fast-paced environment, ideally within sustainability or governance, but we're open to your potential. Organizational Excellence: If you’re an expert in time management and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, you’ll thrive in this role. Growth Mindset: We’re looking for someone with a passion for continuous improvement and a drive to build a long-term career with us. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is essential.
