We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join us as Operations Team leader in cleaning services. Responsible for a team of cleaning team in a designated area across the main campus. Your main focus will be to provide an efficient and effective cleaning service, to the highest of standards, ensuring a positive and enjoyable campus experience for all of our students, staff and visitors.
You will have significant experience of supervising staff and delivering a high standard of customer service. A flexible approach is important as you may be required to work on weekends, bank holidays, University closed days, and cover University open days. You will also be part of a large and diverse Facilities Directorate team who are both extremely supportive and fully engaged with providing the best possible service.
