Key Considerations for Candidates:

• Shift-Based Role: This position operates on a shift pattern (currently 12h 5off-4on-5off-5on-4off-5on). Candidates should assess their suitability for this work arrangement.
• Required Qualifications and Experience: While a B1/B2 License is desirable, the essential requirement is an HNC/HND or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, coupled with the ability to hold EASA Part 145 Technical Engineer / Part21 CCE or CVE approvals. Demonstrable experience in a Pt 21 or Pt M environment supporting Pt 145 is also highly valued.
• Technical Depth: A strong understanding of aircraft mechanical and avionics systems, structures, and materials is expected. Knowledge of at least two BA aircraft types is a significant advantage.
• Problem-Solving and Communication: The role demands strong analytical skills, the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure, and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across all levels and with external suppliers.
