Job Description Job Title: Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Lead, SSNA Programme - Submarines Working Pattern: Full Time Working location: Raynesway/Hybrid Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Lead - SSNA, a full-time role based at Raynesway in Derby in Future Programmes for a specialist with experience of Joint Service Publication (JSP) 822; Defence Training and Education. Working within SSNA Programme (ie Astute-class replacement) as part of the Nuclear Safety Team and across partners within the Submarines Enterprise requiring some travel and regular liaison with parties based in Barrow-in-Furness, Devonport/Faslane and Abbey Wood/Bristol. Support TNA scoping activities in 2025 and acting as Roll-Royce Informed Customer specifying, overseeing and accepting TNA work by strategic partners into the business and facilitating training development over the coming years.
