Transport Manager (Warrington RDC, Rexel North West, GB)

Are you seeking progression into a Transport Manager Role? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are recruiting a Transport Manager to join our Warrington Hub, where you will manage 20 direct reports, made up of experienced Transport Admins, Van & HGV Drivers, That work across our fleet off 22 vehicles, 12 HGV and 10 Long Wheel based vans.

Ideally, You will have experience within a Transport Planning or Supervision roles, with the ability to demonstrate taking on ownership of communication and engagement of Internal and External Stakeholders, and ensure that SLA’s are met consistently.

Transport Manager - Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of transport professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement. Ensure compliance with all transport regulations and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Oversee the day-to-day transport operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Transport Manager - What We’re Looking For:

A valid Transport Manager CPC qualification. A proven track record in transport planning, supervising or management, with a strong focus on people leadership and engagement.
