Join British Airways as a Tribe Lead – Seamless Travel and be at the heart of delivering effortless, connected journeys for our customers. From booking to boarding and beyond, you’ll lead the transformation of travel touchpoints into one cohesive, stress-free experience.

What You’ll Do:

Define the vision and strategy for seamless travel, making the journey from home to destination truly frictionless. Lead cross-functional squads focused on digital check-in, baggage, boarding, disruption management, and more. Collaborate with airport operations, engineering, and digital product teams to deliver scalable, smart solutions. Prioritise initiatives that enhance self-service, automation, and real-time communication for customers. Ensure that operational and customer metrics drive prioritisation and roadmap decisions. Represent the voice of the customer and ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and usability across experiences.

What You’ll Bring to British Airways:

A strong operational mindset with a passion for service excellence. Experience in digital transformation, ideally within travel or transport industries. Ability to connect the dots across technology, operations, and customer needs. A practical, outcomes-focused approach, with a dedication to solving real-world problems.

Your Experience:

Experience leading digital product delivery in high-availability operational environments. Knowledge of airline operations, self-service platforms, and disruption tools. Expertise in agile methodologies and cross-functional leadership.
