Providing pro-active account management to segment 1 and 2 customers for our salary sacrifice and contract hire customers. Identifying and managing opportunities to improve visibility and processes. Working with the Marketing team to strengthen customer relationships. Accurately completing documentation for the customer contacts and agreements Taking responsibility for enquiries (internally and externally), providing essential documentation, information and advice where necessary. A high level of IT literacy; with a robust knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and online systems Strong attention to detail with an excellent customer service ethos with a positive, proactive and enthusiastic.
