This role offers the opportunity to take on expanded responsibility across client leadership, Responsible Investment (RI) capability, and business development, contributing directly to Aon’s client outcomes and growth ambitions. Acting as as Lead Advisor or Alternate Advisor for a portfolio of clients of varying size and complexity, you will support strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality, insight‑led advice.

What the day will look like
Lead/Alternate Advisor to a portfolio of clients:
Advising clients on investment strategy and implementation, including fund manager selectionLeading relationships with a diverse client base, with accountability for developing those relationships, for example through introducing additional servicesTaking overall responsibility for quality of technical work delivered to clientsHelping to further build the investment expertise within the wider team, through training and mentoring of more junior colleagues as necessaryMeasured through revenue growth, Client Net Promoter Score/feedback, client retention rate, SCR completion rate & feedback
New Business Development
Focus on growth and securing new business, including leading pitches for large delegated opportunitiesFocus on prospecting and relationship development with key influencers such as professional trustees and third-party evaluatorsMeasured through new mandates and revenue growthResponsible Investment Lead
Working with IMR/PMs/AISC/other specialist team to develop advice and solutions in RISupporting colleagues to provide advice in RI to clientsOperating as expert in RI to internal and external clients and prospectsLeading marketing strategy in relation to RIMeasured through revenue growth in RI and feedback from colleagues and clients on quality of adviceSkills and experience that will lead to success
