As the Visual Merchandising Manager, youll serve as the creative representative for visual presentation both within the store and across the board of business, partnering with the Regional VM Manager when required. Heres what we need from you:Leadership experience and coaching skills – ability to influence your team to communicate and be engaging.Encourage and coach your team in developing their talent for design, colour, and style.
