- Voice Quality Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in voice quality, supporting a range of projects involving both Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and core network equipment.
- Automation Framework Development: Develop and maintain scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Test Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with project managers and QA leads to create comprehensive test plans and define the scope of automated testing. You will also be responsible for defining, owning, and continuously evolving the business unit's test strategy, setting the direction for testing innovation and best practices.
- Test Script Development: Lead the creation of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and programming languages such as Selenium, Appium, Java, and Python.
- Test Data Management: Ensure the availability and effective management of test data crucial for automated testing scenarios.
