  • Directly support management by monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of all warehousing activities within your designated area.

  • Utilize in-house digital tracking software to track and trace orders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Ensure that all shift operations adhere strictly to Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Assist with resource planning, including the interviewing and induction of new team members.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Essential: Proven experience as a Warehouse First Line Manager, Shift Manager, or Team Leader.
  • Desirable: Experience with Inventory Management disciplines.
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with your team and management.
  • Knowledge of MHE (Materials Handling Equipment) operations; holding valid MHE licenses would be a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, motivation, and planning skills to guide and inspire your team.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in IT, specifically with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office packages.
