We are looking for someone who has previously spent time in the field, either install or service, and is familiar with the systems and products of the industry, this is a rewarding and fast paced role and a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

What you will be doing

Growing the region's contractual service income (currently over £2.5m) through liaising with new and existing customers to expand service offeringsManaging engineering performance to make sure we attain 95% response targets to our customer baseManaging PPM performance, attaining 100% completion of scheduled works in line of deadlinesManaging first fix performance, looking for ways to improve on an already strong performanceGeneral performance management of a team of 13 engineers to make sure all G4S Values and processes are followedOverseeing small worksManaging reactive billing and planned works to attain a monthly income in line with P&LCustomer meetings and account management

What we are looking for

Operational management of a service engineering team in the F&SS systems industryKnowledge of multiple access, CCTV, intruder and fire safety systemsEngineering qualification or experience in fire & security installation and servicePrevious “hands on” experience of the installation and / or servicing of fire & security systemsManaging an effective team of engineersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong financial acumenAble to follow proceduresWillingness to travel nationallyWillingness to work varying hours as necessaryAbility to adapt to a widening product portfolio

5 years checkable work historyUnrestricted right to work in the UK/EUMust be able to pass BS7858 screeningMust reside in Northern Ireland
