We want to hear from you!</p> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong>A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE</strong></p> <ul> <li>To process and support with the operational workflow which will result in a safe and efficient workshop operation for Finished Vehicle Solutions</li> <li>To manage a team of Technicians and the day to day processing of day work and WIP</li> <li>Assign job sheets to technicians and cross reference job times with Autodata</li> <li>Control the management of aged WIP to ensure customer SLA's are met</li> <li>Liaise with Contracts Team leads of ELF requests and future planning requirements </li> <li>Ensure that processes are followed to optimise revenue opportunities and adhere to KPI's. </li> <li>Liaise with sites stakeholders e.g Health & Safety / Facilities / Bodyshop to support in ad-hoc requests</li> <li>Conduct ad-hoc jobs such as assisting with flat batteries, moving vehicles, road tests and collecting parts</li> <li>This role will be required to learn customer requirements, assist with parts and the fleet administration team</li> </ul> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong>THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO </strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience within a Workshop/Technician management or similar role with the experience of managing job allocations is essential</li> <li>Experience within the motor/automotive industry</li> <li>Be a qualified Technician (level 3 or higher) is essential</li> <li>Good stakeholder management and customer management skills</li> <li>Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written</li> <li>Happy and comfortable to answer and deal with enquiries from account team and workshop team</li> <li>IT Literate - Comfortable to use I test drive, BMS, Auto pad and Customer related portals that assist with us performing to the customer SLA's.</li> <li>Full driving license is essential</li> </ul> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong>WHY JOIN US?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Uniform provided.</li> <li>Free on-site parking</li> <li>Hundreds of discounts (including retail, childcare + gym)</li> <li>Free confidential 24/7 GP service</li> <li>Cycle to work Scheme</li> <li>Affordable loans</li> <li>Generous enhanced pension scheme</li> <li>24/7 employee support service for you and your family with access to free counselling and much more: <a href="https://careers.dhl.com/global/en/dsc-benefits">https://careers.dhl.com/global/en/dsc-benefits</a></li> </ul> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong>WHO WE ARE</strong></p> <p>​We're the global leaders in supply chain management with 188,000 people in over 50 countries.
