Academic Registry Administrator

The Directorate of Student & Academic Services is seeking a highly motivated Academic Registry Casework Administrator to join the Academic Registry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team that manages student casework including extenuating circumstances, appeals, complaints and student conduct.

Reporting to the Registry Policy & Projects Officer, the post supports the day-to-day operations extenuating circumstances and assisting with the maintenance and dissemination of student policies and procedures and serving as note taker at relevant committees and panels.

You will be committed to providing excellent customer service and have extensive communication skills, both orally and in writing, and the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.  

We are seeking an individual with professional administrative experience, a high level of IT literacy with a focus on improvement and development of existing processes. The post-holder will be expected to work flexibly within the team.
