The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly. Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client influencer marketing needs are met, from campaign planning and client management, to managing the Account Executives and monitoring their workload, as well as helping develop their skill sets. To lead larger more complex solutions and drive the team to deliver innovative, ambitious, integrated and ‘on-brief’ campaigns. Responsibilities Challenges client briefs, ensuring creative solutions & KPIs are achievable Implements campaigns from conception to completion Liaises with third parties and builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders Project manages the team to deliver excellent execution of full campaigns Acts as a key contact for talent at all stages of negotiations of a new project Delivers key creative thinking across all projects Acts as the ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control and the first port of call on day to day queries and questions and plan progress Lead on contract negotiation, liaising with legal & finance teams where needed Coordinates invoicing and payment process as per contract and terms agreed Delivers presentations where necessary Manages the Business – delivers the service proposition to clients and full end to end management of the business on individual clients Relationship Management – owns the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client Proactively Identifies Client Development Opportunities – flags specific client cross sell and upsell opportunities Commercial and service ownership of client relationship – drives seamless delivery and profitability of account Team Management – manages and motivates team around the clients objectives and culture What you bring Awareness of latest market trends Some experience of training & mentoring others Experience of working with and managing clients Managing creative content RFP processes Understand fee structures and commercial terms 3 years+ experience Experience working with B2B brands Campaign experience Project management experience Commercial understanding and awareness Working with us Joining Dentsu Creative, you will be part of a creative network, delivering ideas at the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce.
