The role will business partner with the shared service provider, lease accounting team, as well as other finance departments. Key Responsibilities and Duties Financial Reporting: To ensure accurate, timely, and insightful management accounts that drive regional team performance, focus on clear communication, readily available data, and proactive analysis. Business Partnering: Work closely with the Finance Manager, EMEA, 3rd Party General Ledger team and regional accounting teams to book accurate month end accruals and recharges, ensuring SOX compliance throughout month end procedures. Cost Control: Implementing cost-saving initiatives and ensuring efficient financial operations. Financial Analysis: Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in financials, processes and reporting to drive efficiencies and accuracy. Compliance: Take leadership on delivering on SOX compliance, liaising with Internal Auditors and External Auditors where applicable to complete quarterly and annual audit requirements. Budgeting and Forecast: Preparation of the Rent and Property Costs forecasts and budget for future periods Costar: Review and reconciliation of CoStar lease accounting to ensure continuous accuracy and completeness of the existing portfolio. Other: Ad-hoc project work Skills, Experience and Qualifications Qualified or close to professionally qualified Background with multi-currency / multi entity business preferred Experience using SAP and HP/HFM is desirable Extremely strong at multitasking and working to tight deadlines Drive for Results: Communicates persuasively to win support, minimises or removes barriers that get in the way of achieving results and leverages understanding of key business drivers to deliver results. Decision Making: Makes the right short-term decisions without sacrificing long-term results. Balances competing priorities without losing momentum behind execution.
