Role Overview: Join our rapidly growing practice, helping clients optimise the content supply chain, maximise operational efficiency and putting data at the heart of their decision making, as an Adobe Workfront Solution Delivery Lead. This role is pivotal in coordinating the delivery of professional services to our clients using the Adobe Workfront platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of Adobe Workfront. The key function of the role will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high quality to delight our clients. Additional responsibilities will be to support the expansion of the practice by working closely with growth teams to define delivery packages and ensuring proposals are achievable. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation of Adobe Workfront for our clients, ensuring smooth transitions from previous systems or accelerating value realisation from an existing instance. Understand client needs and commercial agreements to create and own the delivery roadmap to maximise budget and value. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction, with a focus on backlog management and resource management across a growing roster of clients. Identify and navigate risks, dependencies and validate assumptions to keep the delivery on track and all stakeholders elated. Collaborate with Workfront consultants and developers to define technical solutions and estimate project timelines, ensuring delivery processes are followed. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront and how they accelerate value, while tracking profitability and burn down. Work closely with the growth teams to validate commercial proposals and develop service packages, managing scope, dependencies, and assumptions. Support the creation of scope statements of work, and other pre-sales documentation including delivery methodology and best practice. Support the growth of the department, leveraging a strong understanding of Workfront modules including planning and fusion, and the wider content supply chain ecosystem. Experience: 5-7 year experience delivering SaaS workflow solutions with at least 2 being dedicated to Adobe Workfront. Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Workfront. Adobe Workfront certification (preferred). Skills: Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
