The role of Apprenticeship Coach has been created to ensure the quality of the learning experience of each apprentice is embedded across both academic and work-based learning. This role is designed to support the development and successful achievement of apprenticeship programmes and will focus on specific identified programmes. You will provide support with individualised learning planning and coaching to apprentices in order to develop and evidence the individual knowledge, skills and professional behaviours required for their programme.
You will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who are adept at working with health and care employers and supporting apprentices working in partnership with apprenticeship delivery teams. You will follow standard University guidelines and procedures and are also expected to use your judgement to deal with queries and problems daily.
In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln, our current students, and any currently engaged agency workers who have been with us for more than 12 weeks. We actively encourage applications from all colleagues across the University with the relevant skills and experience.
