The Opportunity: Asset Servicing Intermediate Analyst – Voluntary Corporate Actions (EMEA)

This pivotal role places you at the heart of our equity and fixed income voluntary corporate actions processing for EMEA markets. As an Intermediate Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of election processing and position reconciliation for our diverse stakeholders, including proprietary desks, stock lending counterparts, and prime brokerage clients. Your responsibilities will extend to facilitating the timely exchange of stock and cash transactions on payment dates and proactively investigating and resolving any issues that arise. This position demands a strong analytical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction completion.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions within a broker-dealer environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
