Support cross-institutional projects and change initiatives, such as Athena Swan, Race Equality, and Research Culture.Provide advice and guidance to colleagues, helping to implement organisational development strategies, and change management.Contribute to enhancing our employee experience through service improvements and development opportunities.We are recruiting for two Assistant Organisational Developers at Lancaster University. You will play a key role in supporting organisational change. You will work with colleagues across faculties, departments, and external networks to help plan and implement policies, processes, and initiatives that support the University’s strategic goals, and deliver our People and Culture Plan
You will have the opportunity to continue to develop your skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and policy development.
Experience in higher education would be beneficial, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, an interest in organisational change, and the ability to work collaboratively in a complex environment.
This post is offered on a fixed term basis for 18 months on a full-time basis. We are happy to talk about flexible working.
