Provide essential support to the Principal Engineer in leading and managing the Flood and Coastal Risk Management Team, contributing to team performance and development.Deliver complex engineering and flood and coastal risk management projects, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and time requirements.Deputise for the Principal Engineer when required and provide authoritative advice on design and project delivery.Collaborate with emergency services and other flood risk management authorities during and after flood events, ensuring an effective response.Support the management and control of project budgets, helping to ensure value for money while adhering to financial limits.This is your chance to grow as a professional while playing a key role in shaping the future of our community.
