Day to day responsibilities Deliver stress testing modelling and reporting for the Group and its entities, including balance sheet, income modelling, and management information to support risk exposure analysis and decision-making. Explain key drivers behind risk exposures in stress testing to Finance and Risk partners. Contribute to the ongoing development of stress testing models, balancing regulatory, operational, and change priorities. Collaborate with Finance and Risk teams to ensure timely, high-quality reporting. Maintain robust processes for reporting, controls, and management information. Apply strong attention to detail to minimise operational risk through effective control frameworks, and continuously seek process improvements to enable more value-added activity. What youâll need Strong Excel skills and capabilities to transform complex data into meaningful insights and produce clear, impactful reports that support informed decision-making. Demonstrated expertise in challenging and streamlining models to proactively review existing models or build new modelling capability. And any experience of these would be really useful Experience and understanding of stress testing including using QRM. Finance background and broad understanding of Treasury purpose.
