What you will do
Support the toothbrush category team to deliver KPIs, including net sales, share, and margin objectives. Take ownership of specific marketing projects within the Consumer Experience team.
Main Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Oversee the toothbrush portfolio to meet sales, margin, profit, and share targets. Support mid-year and budget review processes. Performance Analysis: Prepare monthly KPI reviews and coordinate market analysis using tools like Kantar and Nielsen. Risk & Opportunity Communication: Timely updates to the Senior Marketing Manager. GTM & NPD Processes: Collaborate with the central Brand Team for portfolio evolution and lead the Gateway process for NPD. Brand Activation: Work with digital teams to execute brand campaigns ensuring a cohesive consumer experience. Budget & Agency Management: Oversee advertising budgets and manage agencies to meet objectives. Artwork & SKU Development: Manage processes across the NE Hub. Brand Planning: Develop and gain stakeholder buy-in for the annual Brand Plan. Growth Planning: Lead Revenue and Category Growth plans. Collaboration: Represent the brand in external meetings with customer development teams.
Personal Attributes
4 to 5 years of marketing experience with a passion for brand management. Curious, proactive, and eager to improve and innovate. Strong analytical and commercial skills. Effective project manager with strong prioritization skills. Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly. Confident and able to influence others while being a team player. Committed to continuous self-improvement and marketing advancements.
