What You'll Be Doing:

As a Commercial Specialist, you will be instrumental in:

• Providing essential commercial support across all Business Unit activities.
• Navigating and supporting negotiations with both governmental authorities and other commercial organisations.
• Managing crucial changes to contractual documentation.
• Offering expert advice on governance and compliance within the Business Unit.
• Ensuring efficient handling of documentation and administrative tasks for the commercial team.

Key Considerations for Your Career Path:

• Experience is Valued: While formal qualifications are secondary to demonstrable experience and a willingness to learn, prior experience in delivering commercial support to MOD or commercial contracts, managing back-office operations, and working across the full contract lifecycle in multi-disciplinary environments will be highly beneficial. Experience within the Defence Industry is preferred.
