Curriculum Shape Project Assistant

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Project Assistant to support the delivery of the University-wide Curriculum Shape project — a strategic initiative to redesign and revalidate all programmes in alignment with the new Greenwich Curriculum Framework.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of project operations, supporting workshops, coordinating communications, and helping the team meet key milestones.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing operational and administrative support across project workstreams.Scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organising events.Supporting curriculum designers and academic leads with workshop logistics.Triaging and responding to queries from programme teams.Assisting with project reporting, evaluation, and resource development.

You’ll bring:

Experience supporting complex projects and organising events.Strong administrative and digital skills.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.A collaborative, flexible, and solutions-focused approach.
