There will be a high focus on Lincoln and Skegness due to the high demand in those areas.. Whether you’re working in FMCG, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment, if you’ve got commercial experience and a passion for working with people, we’d love to hear from you.About the roleAs one of HEINEKEN’s CDM's, you’ll be responsible for growing HEINEKEN’s presence across a variety of outlets - from community locals to trendsetting bars you’ll work closely with customers to boost brand visibility and commercial performance.You’ll develop strategic plans that drive mutual value, ensure our products are in the right places at the right times, and help customers bring our brands to life. You’ll also align with major marketing activations; from Champions League and Rugby Champions Cup to UEFA Women’s Euros and Formula 1.So, what will you be doing? Here are some of the key accountabilities;

Deliver on Volume, Revenue, Profit and Market Share targets. Negotiating and executing Commercial Agreements Offering insight-driven category and ranging advice Understanding customer P&Ls and supporting business growth Strengthening HEINEKEN’s presence in the South Yorkshire & Lincolnshire region
