What Youâll Be Doing Your purpose is to provide industryâleading customer service by managing afterâsales enquiries accurately, professionally, and with a focus on continuous improvement. Investigate, advise on, and resolve afterâsales queries and deliveryârelated issues Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring every query is managed through to resolution Own and progress all cases within agreed service levels Follow company policies, procedures, and delegation of authority when handling delivery situations Improve efficiencies in query handling and deliveries, helping reduce credit notes and minimise losses Highlight rootâcause issues and support the business in addressing them Promote the use of TD SYNNEX eâBusiness customer service tools Support colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and maintain a strong team ethic Uphold TD SYNNEX values in all actions and decisions Support with additional duties as required Above all, youâll act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring their experience is smooth, supportive, and solutionsâfocused.
