Your Impact and Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the Real-World Evidence and Data (RWE/D) strategy and studies throughout the entire lifecycle of our drugs. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating real-world data to inform drug development and ensure timely access to new treatments for patients.

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the quantitative strategy for RWE/D within your designated therapeutic area, providing critical evidence for integrated planning.
  • Study Design & Execution: Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of disease or drug-specific studies, including safety analyses, external control arms, and regulatory-grade research.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with other quantitative scientists and inspire seamless collaboration across diverse teams.
  • External Engagement: Maintain and expand our vital external collaborations with key stakeholders and research institutions.
  • Advancing Patient Care: Directly contribute to the goal of delivering more medicines to more patients, faster, by ensuring data-driven decision-making.
