What youâll do Youâll lead the delivery of our revised strategy and make sure every part of the programme is set up to succeed. Youâll: Plan and manage the full programme of work, keeping everything moving and focused on what matters most. Build and run our strategy delivery office, creating clear governance and setting expectations for when and how projects are reviewed or reset. Make sure every business case is robust, with SMART objectives, meaningful KPIs and clear stage gates for funding. Lead our annual strategy review, checking progress against objectives and adjusting course where needed. Oversee the dayâtoâday management of the strategy budget so we invest wisely and with impact. Work with external consultants, ensuring theyâre onboarded properly and deliver outputs that meet Lloyd standards.
