The Opportunity in Detail:
As an Employee Relations Partner, your primary focus will be to provide comprehensive ER support to Care UK Operations, including leaders and managers. This involves delivering reactive and proactive advice, managing ER cases, and offering coaching to enhance people management practices.

- Training & Development: Supporting the delivery of ER training courses, both online and face-to-face, will enhance your presentation and facilitation abilities.

- Proven ER Casework Expertise: You should be skilled at managing high-volume and complex casework, including grievances, disciplinary matters, change management, absence, and performance management.
- Current Employment Law Knowledge: A solid and up-to-date understanding of employment law is essential for success in this role.
- Minimum 2 Years’ Experience: Candidates with at least two years of dedicated ER casework experience, preferably within an operational setting, will be well-suited for this position.
