As a key member of our Maintenance Services team, you will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our buildings and external areas, upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Servicing: Proactively contribute to the upkeep and longevity of our facilities.
  • Fault Finding and Repairs: Exercise your diagnostic skills to swiftly and effectively resolve electrical issues.
  • Inspections, Testing, and Surveys: Ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement through thorough assessments.
  • Installation, Replacement, and Refurbishment: Play a hands-on role in updating and enhancing our electrical infrastructure.
  • Minor Projects, Modifications, and Improvements: Contribute to the ongoing development and modernization of the campus.
