Role Overview This pivotal role will involve:
Supporting line managers with policy, process, and employment legislation. Coaching and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Risk assessment of cases to guide business decisions. Covering senior advisor role during absences, including monitoring inbox and allocating work.This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Employee Relations case management experience, managing a caseload independently. Ability to handle 15-20 cases at any one time. Skills in coaching and influencing.
