Working closely with the Head of Campus (Medway), you will ensure the development and delivery of IT systems for the Estates & Facilities Directorate, co-ordinating the support and resources required to meet access control, security/alarm systems, contractor management portal and CCTV needs.
The postholder must have excellent knowledge of security systems, including access control, security and alarms and CCTV, with a comprehensive understanding of requirements for legislative compliance.
The post holder will assist and advise on the strategic development and coordination of all activities relating to Estates systems, such as sourcing, installation, operation and maintenance. They will be the key link between IT colleagues and external contractors to coordinate such activities across all three sites.
