What youll do: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the facilities team, including maintenance staff, cleaners and security. Ensure the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and safety systems Oversee facility inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage facility budgets, track expenses and prepare financial reports Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards are maintained What you bring: Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills good understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures and safety regulations What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
