Job Description Key Details JOB TITLE: Senior Finance Business Partner â Economic Crime Prevention & Personalised Experiences & Communications SALARY: £83,411 to £95,000 LOCATION: Harbourside, Bristol HOURS: Full Time, 35 hours per week WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days (or 40% of our time) per week at one of our office sites. The role presents a great opportunity to understand and influence the strategy and financial outcomes of the Platforms â how they spend Investment and BAU funding, how we measure the benefits from the Investment and how the Platforms are driving ongoing efficiency through their workforce plan, use of technology and ways of working. Day to day responsibilities Helping the Platforms to plan successfully and contributing to the setting of direction and goals Sharing Management information with senior stakeholders, ensuring that results and issues are clearly explained and well understood and that follow-up actions are clear Supporting and challenging the business, creating well-understood forecasts along with a summary of financial risks and opportunities Providing commercial and decision support on key projects and contractual commitments, acting as a trusted advisor Playing an active role in engaging with the Centre of Excellence, enhancing the flow of communication and the standards of inputs/outputs Embedding the Group culture and vision through visible leadership, being a role model for the Group leadership behaviors Supporting the Head of Finance in building and maintaining a talented team, ensuring colleagues are developed effectively What youâll need Prior experience of Finance Business Partnering, influencing and driving improvement in Business results Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels across Finance and Business teams.
